Banksia Boutique was created by owner and designer Shelley Dews around the concept: ‘It should be the art of living, not the job of living.’ Its interiors bring together more than 30 years of design experience, with each item custom designed and manufactured, from furniture to bedding. More than a place to sleep, the hotel is an oasis of serenity and a living showroom for Suite Ten, making beautifully appointed interiors, service, and amenities accessible to every guest.

Grand suite · Partial mountain view
Suite One is a ground-floor Grand Suite with a partial mountain view. Double doors open onto a covered outdoor veranda with seating, and the extra-length king bed can be converted to twin beds on request. The classically styled en-suite bathroom has a shower, large single-basin vanity and WC, with Charlotte Rhys bathroom amenities. The suite also has soft seating and a table, ample clothing cupboard space, a luggage rack, and a freestanding heater and fan. Every Banksia room includes an en-suite bathroom with luxury toiletries, ample storage and wardrobe space for longer stays, an extra-length bed, down duvet and pillow inners, luxurious sateen cotton bed linen and an electric blanket. Each room also provides a flat-screen television with a DStv package, Wi-Fi, a secure safe, a fully stocked minibar with snacks and drinks, an integrated tea and coffee station, a hairdryer, robes, and full turn down service in the evenings.

Quiet rooms, considered design, and a glass atrium that makes a Cape Town stay feel unhurried.
Such a wonderful little boutique hotel conveniently located with a stunning indoor pool and garden and a magnificent wooden staircase. The host was very friendly and was always keen to assist us. We loved our visit and would definitely come again. Would highly recommend this place for photo shoots as well.

Awesome spa with a wonderful therapist. The setting of the hotel is incredible - quiet, peaceful, beautiful. The undercover pool area is a little slice of paradise.
